About Us
My artistic practice is an investigation into the nature of images, focusing on how they accumulate new meanings through repetition and transformation. Whether through the mechanical precision of serigraphy, the expressive layers of oil painting, or the fluid dynamics of marbling, I explore the concept of the 'echo'—where every iteration is not a copy, but a generator of difference.
Key Disciplines & Research Areas:
-
Serigraphy & Printmaking: Focusing on advanced screen printing, I investigate the tension between mechanical production and the unique materiality of layered textures. My work in this field is recognized by the Turkish Ministry of National Education (MEB) as a professional reference model within the national curriculum.
-
Oil & Acrylic Painting: My paintings explore the emotional and formal transformation of appropriated icons. By introducing color interventions into historically monochrome compositions, I challenge the viewer’s perception of cultural memory.
-
Marbling Art: Integrating traditional water marbling techniques into contemporary contexts, I explore the organic patterns and meditative processes that bridge the gap between traditional heritage and modern expression.
-
Conceptual Framework: My current research, which I will continue at the Royal College of Art (RCA) starting in 2026, examines the 'post-digital' visual culture—investigating how images circulate, vary, and evolve when their cultural and geographical contexts shift.
By bridging technical mastery with community leadership at CATI Networking and elite educational roles at Purple Dragon Chelsea, I ensure that my creative practice remains a transformative force within both academic and social spheres.
